When registering your Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You further agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change.

peso68 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from peso68 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
Deposits. peso68 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱200. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso. Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmation of receipt. peso68 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete KYC identity verification by submitting a valid government-issued Philippine ID and proof of payment method ownership.
Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within the same Philippine banking business day, subject to bank processing schedules.
Anti-Money Laundering. peso68 operates in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). We are required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Unusual deposit or withdrawal patterns may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures, which may delay processing.
peso68 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

peso68's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
peso68 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
Upon termination for cause, any Bonus Balance in your Account will be forfeited. Your Real Money Balance, less any amounts subject to investigation or legal hold, will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to closure.
peso68 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, or by prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the peso68 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact peso68's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.
